Project Commencement: All projects begin only after 50% of the payment is made.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Policy: A 50% upfront payment is required to start the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final delivery of the project.
- Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable because we provide unlimited revisions to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Once full payment is received, the client receives complete ownership of the website and all its components, including content, design, domain, and data.
- Noor Digital Solution maintains the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
4. Revision Policy
- We offer unlimited revisions, but this only applies until the final delivery of the project. Once the project is delivered and approved, any further changes requested by the client may incur additional fees.
5. Project Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:
- Client Delays: Failure to provide timely feedback, approvals, or necessary content may extend the delivery timeline.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, global outages, or technical failures.
If delays occur, we will update you promptly and work together to resolve the issue.
6. Third-Party Tools and Services
To ensure high-quality service delivery, Noor Digital Solution integrates third-party tools like:
- Hosting Providers: Secure website hosting and domain management tools.
- Analytics Platforms: Tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, and Microsoft Clarity for optimizing performance and user experience.
- Payment Gateways: For e-commerce websites, we integrate gateways like Stripe or PayPal for secure online transactions.
While we ensure proper setup and integration, these tools are managed by their respective providers, and their terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Website Care Responsibility: If the client opts not to purchase Website Maintenance or Website Management Services, Noor Digital Solution is not responsible for website breakage, cyberattacks, malware issues, or other matters related to its upkeep.
- Third-Party Failures: We are not liable for issues caused by third-party tools or platforms used in the project, such as hosting downtime, analytics platform errors, or payment gateway disruptions.
8. Termination Policy
- Clients may terminate a project agreement at any time. However, all payments made prior to termination are non-refundable, and work completed remains the property of Noor Digital Solution until full payment is made.
9. Jurisdiction
This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Including this clause is recommended to clarify what legal framework applies in case of disputes, making resolution quicker and more straightforward.
